「リヴァプールFCから日本の皆へ『YNWA』」【再掲】

先週の日本での衝撃的な地震と津波の後、世界中のリヴァプールサポーターが日本にいる我々の友人たちにメッセージを送っている。

 

金曜朝（現地時間）に日本でその恐ろしい出来事が発生した直後、我々は日本の被災したリヴァプールファンから届いた一連のメッセージを公開したが、それらは全て災害の恐怖を鮮明に表したものだった。

 

それから何百もの仲間達がお見舞いの言葉を、それぞれの国を代表して被災した人たちへ送った。世界中から集ったこれらのメッセージは、我々のサポーターは世界一だということを改めて示している。

 

最も重要なメッセージはシンプルなものだ。

 

「全ての日本にいる私たちの友達へ、あなたたちは一人じゃない。」

本日は東日本大震災から3年目となる3月11日です。

東京に住んでいる僕はそれほど大きく被災したわけではありませんが、今でもあの時の恐怖は鮮明に覚えています。

 

数日後にリヴァプールからのこのメッセージを見た時は本当に涙が出ました。

 

「You’ll never walk alone.」

 

最高の言葉です。
